Each niche is an Etsy category. Sales added = what the shops in it added over the same 2 days, summed. A niche needs at least 10 shops with clean reads, and no single shop can be more than 50% of its total.

How we count
Sales added = the shop's public Etsy sales counter on the last day minus the same counter 2 days earlier, both read on those exact dates. Nothing is scaled or estimated. Shops we didn't read on both dates, rounded counters, counters that went down and implausible jumps are left out. These are the biggest movers among the shops we read, not all of Etsy. Niches: the same clean counter pairs, summed by the shop's Etsy category and ranked by total sales added. Shops without a known category are not counted. These are the niches we read, not all of Etsy.
